Function and characteristic

Intelligent automatic nailing machine is composed of 5 parts: vacuum paper feeding section, line pressing section, gluing folding section, nailing box section and counting stacking output section.
All motors are made of Taiwan Shengbang motors except frequency conversion motors. Frequency conversion speed regulation, standard PLC touch screen control (double PLC, double touch screen), the whole machine electric adjustment, only need to input three data (length, width, height dimensions) on the touch screen, the machine automatically adjusted to the position. The operation is simple and reliable, the nailing part and the gluing part can be controlled separately, the highest speed of gluing box is 180m/min, and the average speed of gluing box is 150m/min; Nailing box 4 nailing 70 pieces/min. High speed energy saving and labor cost saving.

The amount of automatic unpacking machine is not allowed

When the automatic unpacking machine is large in size, the tank replenishment is insufficient, causing the liquid level to be unstable. The replenishment volume can be increased or the ball valve above the small filling head can be re-closed, and the automatic unpacking machine time can be reset (lengthen the filling time) to slow down the automatic unpacking machine speed to solve it.

After adjusting the digital dial code or unit, the time does not change

At this time, turn off the power and turn on the power again.

The liquid level is stable, and the volume of the automatic unpacking machine is inaccurate：

There are debris blocking the passage of the automatic unpacking machine, mainly at the inlet of the trough or at the mouth of the filling, just check and clean it up.
