★ Hot-plate surface is treated with grinding,hard chrome plated roller is optional.
★ Pressure type: pressure-roller, touch-plate, airbag chain plate.
★ The upper conveyer belt adopts pneumatic straining, automatic deflection-correction; the lower conveyer belt adopts manual deflection- correction, the auto deflection-correction is optional.
★ The binding part adopts steam heating, pressure part hydraulic lifing up & lowering down integrally, it can be configured with piecewise pressured to make sure the proper pressure while cardboard binding and forming, avoid cardboard warping.
★ The hot-plate quantity can be set as per the speed and layer quantity of production line;
★ The upper conveyer belt can be provided with auto-clean system.
