① Cardboard receipt: The manufacturer needs to send someone to receive the goods.When receiving the goods, the quantity should be counted to ensure that the paper and cardboard are intact, undamaged, and undamaged, and that the crimping size, quantity, raw materials, corrugated type and corrugated type meet the standards.The list is the same, otherwise it will not be accepted.

②paper separation and crimping: For the production of a small number of cartons, paper separation is required.For cardboard factories whose quantity is lower than the MOQ of cardboard, only raw cardboard is provided.At this time, the carton factory needs to separate the paper and press the line by itself.

③Printing and slotting: the color of the carton required for printing needs to be adjusted evenly, and the color and color system must meet the needs of customers; when printing the plate, the pressure of the drum must be appropriate, otherwise the plate will be dirty, the plate or some graphic marks are unclear; the height cannot be wrong when slotting, otherwise the carton lid cannot be closed or there are seams.

④ Sealing: Be careful not to stick the glue to the outside of the tail line, otherwise the carton and the carton will stick together.
