1. Check whether the ink viscosity is normal before installation

One of the common problems with printing whitening is that the viscosity of the ink is too low, which is more likely to occur after repeated use.Because in the production process, printers often add water to the ink cartridges, resulting in a decrease in the viscosity of the ink.The result will be printed out in white, so you must try the ink before boarding the machine.

2.Check whether the printed version is good

The use of the printing plate for a long time or the ink on the surface of the printing plate is too dirty will reduce the amount of ink transfer of the printing plate. When the amount of ink transfer is reduced, the phenomenon of printing whitening will often occur.

3.Anilox roller

The cleaning of the anilox roller directly affects the printing situation.A large part of it is that the blockage of the anilox roller has not been cleaned up, so the amount of ink in the anilox roller is small, which leads to the phenomenon of white printing.
