Cover: Glue the cardboard to the tile paper to become cardboard.Use the machine：

1. Glue machine, simple equipment, manual operation, thousands of yuan；

2. Semi-automatic laminating machine, automatic loading of tile paper, manual loading of cardboard, about 100,000, generally within 100,000；

3. Fully automatic laminating machine, more than 200,000 yuan.

Die-cutting: The cardboard is pressed and cut into the target shape, and then used for molding.Use the machine：

1. Flatbed die-cutting machine (tiger mouth), different models, different prices, the general model is within 50,000.

2. Circular press die-cutting machine, 50,000 to 60,000, 3) Semi-automatic flat die-cutting machine, about 200,000, which is very different, but fast.

Molding: carton or nail box, or plastic box, processed finished product：

1. Nail box machine, several thousand yuan；

2. Paste box machine.The prices of different models are different, generally tens of thousands of yuan, more than 10,000 yuan；

3. Manual plastic box；

4.Automatic paste box machine.

Yellow board carton processing is relatively simple；

Cardboard opening: Order cardboard directly from the Daxian factory, use the machine: cardboard production line.It requires space and funds.An ordinary line is 1.8 million yuan.

Printing and slotting: printing the required patterns on the machine, crimping, slotting, and corner cutting.Machine used: ink printing slotting machine.The difference between the cheap and the expensive is N, and the general investment is about 100,000.If you want to be faster, you need a fully automatic ink printing machine.

Molding: Finished carton processing：

1. Nail box machine；

2. Packing machine；

3. Paste the box manually.
